Measures in place to make this site usable, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
\nLast updated October 2026
\nThis site should be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, magnifying the page, or reading with a condition that makes dense text hard work. We are aiming to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA.
Parts of this site are provided by third parties, including the shop and any booking or payment pages, and we do not control their code. Some of our older downloadable documents are not fully tagged for screen readers. We are working through both, and we will update this page as that changes.
Tell us at talkto@wearefrieda.org.uk. Say which page it was and what happened, and we will come back to you within three working days. If you need something we publish in another format, including large print, plain text or a document read aloud, ask and we will send it.
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which handles complaints about accessibility in the United Kingdom.
This statement was prepared in October 2026 and is reviewed whenever we make a substantial change to the site.
