What the Hub is for

Everything here comes out of our own practice in the sector, our consultancy, survivor voice and our research. That is why the tools ask what they ask, and why they read risk through identity rather than around it.

Practice tools

Free to use in casework, in supervision and in team learning.

Guides and templates

Documents you can take with you, into your casework or into your organisation.

E-learning

Self-paced learning from the Frieda Training Academy, taken at whatever speed your caseload allows.

The Friedom Framework

Our own model, grown from our research with racialised victim-survivors of sexual violence and abuse in the West Midlands. It is how we read trauma and the handling of violence and abuse, across six levels of a survivor's life, with three navigational principles running through every one.

The Friedom Framework belongs to We Are Frieda CIC. If you would like to use it in training or in service delivery design, under licence, please contact us to talk.
