Dear Sister,

Dear Sister is a space shaped by survivors and held by women who understand that harm does not happen in isolation, and that healing does not have to either. You do not need to explain yourself, share your story or arrive with the right words. You can come exactly as you are, take part in whatever feels right, and simply be among others who are finding their way back to themselves.

With love, the Frieda team

What to expect

A space that moves at your pace

Every Dear Sister session is shaped by the girls and young women in the room, so no two are quite the same.

The National Lottery Community Fund

Dear Sister is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, thanks to National Lottery players. Together with Hope and Healing, it has reached more than 200 survivors since 2020.
