Every service has different needs, different pressures, different demographics and different areas of development. We build training to meet those needs, tailored to the outcomes you want.
Our short courses and bespoke workshops carry continuing professional development recognition, so the hours count towards your team's own records.

Our specialist modules
Many bespoke requests begin with one of our ten specialist modules, adapted so that it speaks directly to your service. You can find the full details, formats and prices on our training page.
Ways of working
Our bespoke training starts from your context and stays accountable to the survivors you support. Which route we take depends on how close our existing workshops are to what you need.
When nothing on our list fits, we design a new session or programme around your team, the survivors you work with and the change you want to see in practice.
When one of our workshops is close to what you need, we adapt it so that it speaks directly to your service, which can include:
Our process
We start with a conversation about your team, the survivors you support and what is prompting the request, so we understand the need before proposing anything.
Together we agree the outcomes, audience, format and timescales, and we send a written proposal so everyone is clear about what will be delivered.
We build the content through Black feminist praxis and our anti-oppressive principles, drawing on your policies, data and local context wherever you share them.
You see the draft before anything is delivered, and we refine it with you until it reflects your service and the communities it is there to serve.
We deliver in the room, online or as a hybrid, with facilitation that holds space for honest conversations about power, practice and accountability.
After delivery we gather feedback, share what we heard, and talk with you about the support your team might need to keep the learning alive.
We have designed and delivered training for some of the UK's biggest charities, as well as local authorities and schools across the country.
